The Alliance for Fire Research and Innovations (AFRI) is a NASA funded collaborative group committed to studying the wide-ranging impacts of forest fires in the Southeast and other Southern Regions, including their atmospheric, ecological, economic, and public safety effects. We strive to translate this knowledge into people-centered solutions that inform policy, guide industry practices, and support community resilience.
